MY STORY

I’m Tamara Mghraye

A single mother, breathwork practitioner, and a woman who had to learn how to stop apologizing for the space I take up in this world.

Growing up with immigrant parents, I was handed a very specific, traditional script. Survival meant keeping your head down. It meant being careful with your voice, hiding your ambition, and making sure your presence didn’t cause friction or make the people around you uncomfortable.

Even when you grow up, move far away, and consciously reject those rules, they don’t just vanish into thin air. They linger in the quietest corners of your mind; showing up as that constant hesitation before you speak, the editing of your thoughts before you post a video, and the exhausting habit of walking on eggshells just to keep the peace around you.

For years, I did exactly what you are probably doing right now. I read the self-help books all the healing work. Collected a bunch of impressive certificates and tried to "fix" my confidence so I could finally feel ready to live out loud.

But even after all that inner work, I was still holding back. I was still shrinking myself into disappearance.

What I finally realized is a truth I need you to hear deeply: You do not lack confidence. You are just carrying a mountain of cultural weight, old relationship scripts, and the deeply ingrained fear of what happens if you are truly seen. Your fire never went away. It has just been buried under a lifetime of trying to be the "good girl" everyone else expected you to be.

That is why I build these spaces.

My work is not about generic life coaching or surface-level motivation. It is an intimate, unfiltered space where we use honest self-inquiry, tools like breathwork and somatics, and deep nervous system regulation to untangle the conditioning keeping you small. While taking radical responsibility and action towards living a life true to us.

Because when you finally stop shrinking yourself to fit into a cage that was never yours to carry, something beautiful happens.

The performance ends. You step into your own sovereign flame. And you finally start living your life completely out loud, on your own terms.

If this resonates with you, we might be a good fit to work together.
